Description Du Poste
Evoriel recrute au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines un Chef de Projet Formation Senior (H/F) en CDD pour intégrer notre équipe Formation et Développement des Talents.
Le(a) chef de projet formation occupera un poste clef dans le développement des compétences de nos collaborateurs.
Nous recherchons, un professionnel de l’ingénierie de formation, à la fois stratège et opérationnel, capable de répondre de manière efficace et innovante sur les besoins et les enjeux de la formation professionnelle.
Et avant tout, une personnalité dynamique, curieuse et innovante !
Rattaché au Responsable Département Formation, vous intervenez à la fois sur la stratégie de formation et la mise en œuvre opérationnelle du plan de développement des compétences.
En Nous Rejoignant, Vous Serez Amené(e) à
Mettre en place une stratégie formation conforme aux contraintes budgétaires, organisationnelles et réglementaires du secteur de l’immobilier,
Elaborer les cahiers des charges, lancer les appels d’offres et sélectionner les prestataires extérieurs, - Mobiliser l’expertise interne pour déployer et valoriser une offre de formations internes,
Concevoir l’ingénierie pédagogique et déployer des offres de formations novatrices et en assurer le suivi,
Piloter le plan de développement des compétences, le budget formation et la satisfaction des stagiaires,
Mener une veille constante sur l’évolution du marché de la formation et explorer les nouvelles modalités pédagogiques pour répondre aux besoins et aux enjeux de l’entreprise,
Assurer la communication interne et le marketing des actions de formation, Vous participerez également aux projets de développement des ressources humaines.

Vous êtes autonome et organisé, vous avez un excellent esprit de synthèse.
Vous maîtrisez les méthodes de gestion de projet et de budget.
Vous disposez d’une expertise des outils digitaux en création et animation de la formation.
Vous avez des connaissances sur les aspects réglementaires de la formation.
Vous êtes idéalement issu(e) d’une formation BAC+3/5 spécialisée en ingénierie de la formation, vous justifiez de 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.

The front-end application is continuously deployed with Cloudflare Pages, which allows for preview URLs on pull requests. We use Claap to share videos of our work and Sentry to log errors. We also have a mobile application, developed with Vue.js and Capacitor. Infrastructure The servers run as containers on AWS. We use ECS and Fargate, and we plan to use Kubernetes (specifically EKS) in the future. The infrastructure is entirely Terraformed, using CDKTF with TypeScript. A small number of customers have dedicated infrastructures. We are in the process of building a solution for on-premise deployments.
