Expert technique (Voir aussi "expert stratégique")
sur la base de son expertise dans ses domaines d'activité, faire des analyses et formuler des avis au management, aux services demandeurs et aux partenaires afin de permettre aux dirigeants de faire les bons choix en matière de politique et/ou d'assister les collaborateurs dans leurs tâches.
Pouvoir déterminer la méthode d'analyse et/ou de traitement la plus adaptée dans les examens de routine, en utilisant les méthodes standards.
Informer son Coordinateur Technique de chaque développement inopiné survenant au cours d'une analyse.
Rédiger et modifier des prescrits de travail et d'utilisation ainsi que les documents y afférents.
Evaluer des documents du système qualité.
Participer aux concertations applicables telles que décrites.
Gestionnaire de dossiers
établir et/ou analyser et/ou contrôler des dossiers suivant la règlementation ou les procédures en vigueur afin de pouvoir tirer une conclusion basée sur tous les éléments et garantir la prise de décision ou la finalisation du dossier.
Documenter de manière correcte les enquêtes, les évaluer et les analyser, en utilisant des enquêtes comparables et du matériel de référence.
Gestionnaire de l'information
gérer et exploiter l'information pertinente ayant trait aux domaines spécifiques afin de la rendre disponible pour permettre à chacun la réalisation de ses tâches et/ou de respecter les procédures adhoc.
Effectuer des recherches informatisées dans des banques de données existantes et contribuer à mettre à jour ces banques de données si nécessaire.
Technicien
entretenir et réparer les machines et les infrastructures, les appareils et/ou les équipements techniques afin de permettre aux utilisateurs d'utiliser le matériel et les infrastructures lors d'activités quotidiennes et garantir son fonctionnement dans le temps.
Assurer la maintenance des appareils lui confiés.
Assurer une bonne exécution du calibrage et du contrôle qualité des tests lui imposés.
Soutien logistique
réaliser des tâches et activités logistiques suivant les procédures en vigueur afin d'assurer la gestion optimale des moyens logistiques mis à la disposition de l'entité.
Effectuer des tâches en matière de (gestion des) stocks des réactifs et des consommables et produits réactifs.
En concertation avec le chef de section FPL, effectuer des tâches en matière de stockage et la suppression de l'archivage des échantillons de référence et d'enquête.
Présentation de la zone de police/entité fédérale
La Police judiciaire fédérale exerce, sur l'ensemble du territoire belge, des missions de police judiciaire (identification et recherche des auteurs d'infractions pénales) spécialisées vers la criminalité supra locale (et internationale), organisée et déstabilisant la société, et vers les délits qui requièrent une approche spécialisée.
Elle a pour but la détection des phénomènes criminels et émergents, leur signalisation à temps aux autorités compétentes, la contribution à une diminution du risque potentiel que des faits criminels soient commis, l'exécution d'enquêtes judiciaires ou de recherche et l'approche des organisations criminelles. Elle apporte aussi un appui spécialisé à la police locale en mettant à disposition son expertise judiciaire et ses moyens spécialisés.
La Direction judiciaire déconcentrée (PJF) mène les enquêtes judiciaires proactives ou réactives sous la direction du parquet ou d'un juge d'instruction. Elle apporte aussi un appui spécialisé aux partenaires internes et externes à la police, principalement dans les domaines de la criminalité ICT, de la police technique et scientifique, du recours aux indicateurs, de l'analyse criminelle et des méthodes et techniques particulières de recherche.
