Nous recherchons un(e) Manager/Team Leader pour piloter le développement de notre nouvelle division spécialisée dans le recrutement permanent pour les secteurs RH, IT et Finance.

Vos missions
Développement commercial : Identifier, prospecter et convertir de nouveaux clients pour positionner Kingsley comme un acteur incontournable à Bruxelles.
Gestion d'équipe : Recruter, former et animer une équipe performante, en insufflant une dynamique de réussite.
Pilotage stratégique : Définir les orientations de la division, fixer les objectifs et veiller à leur atteinte.
Recrutement et conseil : Accompagner nos clients dans la recherche des meilleurs talents et proposer des solutions RH sur mesure.
Suivi et reporting : Analyser la performance de l'agence et ajuster les stratégies pour assurer une croissance durable.

Profil recherché
Expérience confirmée en management, business development et/ou recrutement de préférence dans les secteurs de l'IT, RH ou Finance.
Leadership : Capacité à motiver et à faire grandir une équipe.
Fibre entrepreneuriale : Sens aigu des affaires et volonté de construire une division performante.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
Orienté(e) résultats et capable de relever des défis ambitieux.
Maitrise du français et de l'anglais.
