We're working with a fast-scaling, ambitious business to find a Head of FP&A who can lead from the front and drive real commercial impact. This is a pivotal role reporting into the Group Finance Director, offering the chance to shape the financial strategy and planning for the entire group.

You’ll take full ownership of the FP&A function, leading and developing a high-performing team while delivering meaningful insight to senior leadership. You’ll be comfortable driving the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning cycles, while also business partnering across departments to support commercial decision-making.

They looking for someone with proven experience heading up an FP&A function, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both the technical capability and the leadership gravitas to influence at the highest level.

About You
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong FP&A experience
Proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Strong systems knowledge – experience improving finance systems and processes
Commercially minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment
