What You Will Get To Do:
Monitor and triage security alerts from Palo Alto XDR platform with focus on high and critical severity alerts
Execute established incident response procedures and playbooks when required
Document security incidents using ServiceNow ticketing system
Coordinate with cross-functional teams through Microsoft Teams for incident resolution
Maintain clear communication and detailed documentation throughout incident lifecycle
Follow CSIRT processes for escalation and incident management
