Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the Live Games strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on data, user feedback, market trends, and company goals to maximize impact
Develop a strategic roadmap for expanding ZeptoLab's LiveOps across mobile, PC, and console platforms
Implement cutting-edge LiveOps tools and build team expertise in this area
Lead and inspire Product and LiveOps teams, fostering collaboration with game development teams
Work closely with leadership and finance teams to improve revenue forecasting and financial modeling
Analyze industry trends to identify successful game mechanics and opportunities for innovation


Requirements

5+ years of of product management experience in game development.
Proven success leading product management for free-to-play (F2P) mobile games
Extensive LiveOps experience, including establishing and scaling LiveOps functions
Strong strategic and analytical skills, using data-driven decision-making
Experienced leader with a passion for mentoring and inspiring teams
Passion for games
Proactive problem solver with excellent critical-thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with strong attention to detail
Expert knowledge of the gaming industry, including technical processes, market dynamics, and industry trends
Strong professional network and keen insight into emerging gaming trends and markets
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Fluent English
