Contract Opportunity: Google Dialogflow CX API Engineer (Remote)
Location: Remote (UK-base)
Contract Length: 3 months initial (likely to extend)

Must have SC Clearance

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Contractor with strong experience in Google Dialogflow CX API to join our team on a critical integration project. You'll be supporting the development of a customer-facing application within Cisco CVP, integrating it with Google's suite of conversational AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and configure Google Dialogflow CX APIs to meet project requirements
Integrate Google Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, and BigQuery into the solution
Leverage Google Looker for reporting and analytics
Collaborate with existing engineering and infrastructure teams responsible for Cisco CVP application development
Deliver clean, well-documented API code with a strong focus on performance and reliability

Key Skills & Experience Required:
Must-have: Expert-level experience with Google Dialogflow CX API
Hands-on experience with:
Google Text-to-Speech API
Google Speech-to-Text API
Google BigQuery
Google Looker
Experience working on integrations with Cisco CVP or similar contact center platforms
Strong API development and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and hit the ground running
