Do you enjoy working in a customer focused environment to ensure cleanliness? Do you love working as part of a team to produce sparkling results for customers?
At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Strathaven store on a fixed term basis. 16 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21.( Strathaven area only need apprly or surrounding areas)
Immediate start is available.
Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is
Sunday: 06:00 09:00
Monday: 06:00 09:00
Tuesday: Day off
Wednesday: Day off
Thursday: 06:00 09:00
Friday: 13:00 - 16:00
Saturday: 06:00 - 10:00
You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.
Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:
Operating machinery
Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies
At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied
Arcus will support you through full training
What will you need?
Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied
An eye for detail and cleanliness
A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service
Please note that you will need to provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App that we use for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of your employment with us.
