We are looking for an exceptional technical instructor and content developer to deliver workshops related to NVIDIA AI compute and network solutions. This role will take active part in crafting high-quality training content including, hands-on workshops, instructor-led and e-learning courses, for NVIDIA's partners, customers and end-users. The work involves collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to develop training, focusing on how to design, deploy, configure, optimize and manage accelerated computing solutions across a wide range of workloads such as AI, ML/DL, data science, and high performance computing.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver remote and in-person technical training related to NVIDIA's AI Infrastructure solutions
Develop high-quality hands-on workshops and e-learning training for NVIDIA’s customers, partners and end-users, as an integral member of the NVIDIA Education Services content development team.
Partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) from NVIDIA and industry-leading organizations to draft training proposals aligned with key market segments and developer audience.
Creating lab-based training that includes compelling diagrams, explanatory videos, interactive hands-on exercises/assessments to leverage NVIDIA solutions by collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to help them solve real-world problems.
Collaborating with SMEs to integrate key features of NVIDIA solutions into compelling, project-based learning experiences.
Developing instructor delivery notes, certification criteria and assessment materials.
Participating in internal “test-flights” and dry-run deliveries to ensure high-quality training material and that instructors are prepared to consistently deliver high-quality an exceptional learning experience.
Engage with regional teams to support training localization and deployment.
Actively seeking feedback from instructors, students, and industry partners to up-level the training.
Peer-reviewing, copy editing and providing feedback on training developed by other members of the team.

What We Need To See

Bachelor degree in computer science/engineering, or equivalent experience.
5 years of professional experience and 2+ years technical experience with data center related technologies such as Linux servers administration, networking, virtualization, storage, AI, ML/DL, accelerated computing, or data science.
Proven Linux admin, Bash/Python scripting, installing VMs, and storage arrays.
Strong communication, interpersonal and writing skills (sample requested).
Ability to work cross-functionally across many levels of a matrixed organization.
Prior success balancing multiple projects in parallel.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

Background in building in-depth hands-on and virtual training for technical audience
Proven experience in configuring L2/L3 networking protocols such as BGP, LAG, MLAG and VxLAN
Experience presenting high-quality training workshops to professional technical audience
Familiarity with IT datacenter design, optimization and management.
