We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting and evolving our IT systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and cloud infrastructure who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our core IT services, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain existing IT systems.
Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of in-house IT systems supporting core business processes.
Apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate, and resolve issues, maximizing the return on IT system investments.
Design and deploy new IT services, along with enhancements to existing services, software, and operating systems.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configuration, processes, mapping, and service records.
Assess the performance and efficiency of current systems; develop and implement strategies for improvement and optimization.
Ensure system compatibility and seamless interoperability across the in-house infrastructure.
Requirements
Proven experience supporting and deploying Microsoft 365 (Identity Management, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
Third-line support experience with Windows Server and Active Directory (2008–2022).
Knowledge of Azure environment support.
Experience with hypervisor technologies, specifically Hyper-V.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to produce clear and accurate technical documentation.
Solid understanding of MPLS/SD-WAN and networking principles.
A customer-focused mindset, supporting both internal IT teams and business users.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications: MCSA Office 365 (minimum); Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator (desired).
