Vos missions au quotidien
Responsabilités :
Conçois, développe et maintiens des produits GED autour de la solution Docubase, en coordination avec le chef de projet et conformément aux exigences du Métier, en ce qui concerne la qualité, les performances, le coût, le délai et la sécurité.
Pilote l’activité RUN du socle GED, à travers un dispositif de surveillance technique et métier, pour assurer son bon fonctionnement et sa stabilité
Assiste le métier dans la traduction de leurs exigences en règles et exigences fonctionnelles
Établit, avec les équipes, les spécifications techniques du projet
Contrôle le respect des patterns d’architecture et de développement EDM
Supervise et contrôle les travaux des intégrateurs
Définit et met en œuvre une roadmap de développement du socle applicatif GED pour répondre aux évolutions métier et nouveautés sur le marché
Assure la veille technique et fonctionnelle GED

Compétences techniques
Maitrise approfondie des socles applicatifs GED et plus particulièrement de la solution Docubase
Très bonne connaissance des solutions de reconnaissance automatique de documents et de lecture automatique de documents (RAD/LAD) de préférence la solution Kodak Capture Pro
Très bonne connaissance des solutions d’acquisition et de numérisation en particulier les solutions Canon
Très bonne maitrise des langages de développement et de Scripting (Java, JS, …)
Très bonne connaissance des systèmes de gestion de bases de données relationnelles et NoSQL.
Compétences Fonctionnelles
Maîtrise des principes de la dématérialisation des processus (GED & Workflow)
Capacités à traduire des exigences métier en règles automatisées.
Connaissance de blocs digitaux permettant d’automatiser les processus (ECM, BPM, GED, RAD/LAD, RDA/RPA, IA…)
Connaissance des processus métier bancaires.
Compétences projets
Coordination d’un projet en composante internationale avec des équipes distantes (planning, charges, budget, reporting…)
Pilotage d’un prestataire externe et mise en place d’indicateurs de performance et de qualité
Pilotage en mode agile et mise en place des rituels agiles (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, boucle de rétro-actions…).
