Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team.
The Account Manager plays an important role in the commercial organisation in BELUX and will be reporting to the Head of Key Account Management Benelux.
He/she will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities for Image and Business development.
Next to visiting the actual point of sales, he/she will also meet up with the franchise head offices and determine in consultation with management team the commercial strategy and trade plans for these franchise groups.
Job responsibilities
Based on the available resources, the Account Manager will focus on the best possible outcome in order to grow the business on both qualitative and quantitative aspects;
Serve as the PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT for assigned client accounts.
Ensure DIOR IMAGE COMPLIANCY at client accounts
DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with clients.
PROACTIVELY IDENTIFY AND RESOLVE client issues and concerns.
Prepare and deliver regular ACCOUNT REVIEWS AND PERFORMANCE REPORTS.
Identify and pursue opportunities to EXPAND BUSINESS with existing clients
COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development, supply chain) to ensure client needs are met.
Manage CONTRACT RENEWALS AND NEGOTIATIONS.
Track and analyze KEY ACCOUNT METRICS.
Stay up-to-date on INDUSTRY TRENDS and COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Min 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or retail
Experience in Selective Distribution and/or Beauty industry is a plus
Proven track record of BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.
Strong PROBLEM-SOLVING AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS.
Eye for details and EXCELLENCE oriented
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team (team player spirit).
FLUENT (WRITTEN/SPOKEN) IN NL, FRENCH and English is mandatory
Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
FREQUENT TRAVELING across Belux region (60%)- Driving license is mandatory
