Pour le compte d’un groupe bancaire leader, nous recherchons un Ingénieur DevOps pour moderniser ses infrastructures critiques, garantir la sécurité des systèmes et accélérer les livraisons dans un environnement régulé.
Missions clés
Infra as Code : Déploiement et gestion d’infrastructures cloud (AWS/Azure) via Terraform/Ansible.
CI/CD : Industrialisation des pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) avec intégration des contrôles sécurité (SAST/DAST).
Conteneurisation : Migration et optimisation des workloads sous Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Observabilité : Mise en place de dashboards (Grafana, Dynatrace) et gestion des incidents.
Sécurité : Hardening des environnements, conformité PCI-DSS/RGPD, collaboration avec l’équipe SOC.
Collaboration : Bridge entre les équipes Dev, Ops et Cybersécurité.
Compétences requises
Techniques :
Expertise cloud (AWS/Azure)
Maîtrise de Kubernetes, Docker, Helm et des outils de monitoring.
Expérience en automatisation (Python/Go) et gestion de secrets (Vault).
Connaissance des normes bancaires (ISO 27001, SOX).
Soft Skills :
Rigueur, sens des priorités et capacité à documenter.
Adaptabilité dans un environnement régulé.
Atouts
Certification cloud (AWS Certified DevOps, Azure DevOps Engineer).
Expérience antérieure dans la finance ou un secteur contraint (RGPD, audit).
