If you are an experienced IT Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and the ability to offer a first class service to users within a small business, we have an exciting opportunity for you. It is essential that you have good Mac and PC experience for this role as they have a mixed environment in favour of Macs.
Please note that this role will require onsite attendance 5 days per week in the City of London near (near Barbican) covering 8:30am to 5:30pm.
The successful candidate will provide 12st/2nd line support on the following:
IT knowledge with experience of: Office 365 - Exchange Online and product suite, Windows 10 and 11 desktop support, Mac Support across all MAC devices & OS Platforms including O365 & Adobe Suites, Sharepoint and Teams, Active Directory, MS Azure, MFA, Windows Server 2012 R2 & 2019, HPE System Management, ITIL Framework, VPN technologies, Mitel Phone systems, Cisco Meraki and HP Switch technologies, Aruba Wi-Fi networks, Adobe Creative Studio Suite, Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager, Eset Security Management, System Inventory. Understanding of change management policies, windows Autopilot, iTunes, Conditional Access.
