Our mission is to equip ambitious international professionals with the technical skills, workplace readiness, and career strategies they need to succeed in a highly competitive job market.

We deliver structured, practical training that bridges the gap between ambition and opportunity, providing job-seekers with targeted support to confidently navigate the UK employment landscape. Our learners are primarily international students and graduates who are determined to secure meaningful employment in the UK — and they deserve clear, actionable content that helps them achieve that goal.

About the Role

Sarah Academy is seeking a Professional Communication Coach & Content Creator to join our growing team on a freelance basis.

This role is ideal for an experienced communication coach or content creator with a passion for helping international professionals improve their English-language workplace communication. The programme is aimed primarily at international students and is intended to be a high-quality, three-month course consisting of one lecture per week. Videos should be between 10–20 minutes in length and require strong video editing skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating video-based educational content, an excellent grasp of UK workplace communication standards, and an interest in helping learners from diverse backgrounds succeed in their careers. You will also have the opportunity to extend the engagement, with potential for ongoing video creation work and optional live coaching opportunities.

Responsibilities

Write clear, concise lesson scripts (option to co-develop scripts with our internal team)
Record professional-quality voiceovers (bonus if you appear on camera or use animated slides)
Create clean, minimal visuals to support learning (e.g., text highlights, key points, transitions)
Ensure high-quality video editing for final delivery
Deliver final videos in MP4 format, ready for upload to our LMS
Optionally, contribute to future projects such as live coaching, workshops, or additional video series

Requirements

Native English speaker with excellent diction and clarity
Experience producing video-based educational or corporate learning content
Strong video editing skills to produce polished final videos
Strong understanding of professional communication in international and UK corporate settings
Ability to follow clear tone and style guidelines
Access to video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Descript, or similar)
Reliable delivery of one video per week (flexible working hours)
Experience coaching or teaching English as a second language (ESL), especially in professional contexts
On-camera presence or ability to create engaging animated video content

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation per completed video (approx. 10–20 minutes each)
Initial scope: three-month programme with one lecture per week
Flexible working hours and remote setup
Potential for ongoing work beyond the initial scope (future video creation or live coaching)
Opportunity to meaningfully impact international professionals and enhance their career success
