Descriptif mission
Participation à l'élaboration des budgets, des actualisations, des PMT et des rolling forecasts -Contrôle budgétaire et analyse des écarts entre le réel, forecast et budget, proposition d'actions correctives -Elaboration et suivi mensuel du tableau de productivité par activité -Suivi mensuel des coûts de fonctionnement par activité -Calcul mensuels des taux horaires par activité et des frais d'approvisionnement du site -Participer à la campagne de calcul des coûts de revient et établissement des prix de vente annuels -Mettre à jour des vues comptables des composants et des prix de vente dans S4 Hana -Calcul des coûts de production réel CCF (Material Ledger) -Suivi des autorisations d'investissements, des engagements et des commandes y afférentes
-Analyse hebdomadaire des Ecarts Industriels (suivi des BSM, écarts de prix, écarts d'heures
) -Analyser les factures non parvenues et les commandes retours fournisseurs -Analyser les commandes hors production et relancer les opérationnels pour procéder aux réceptions -Analyse et validation des écarts d'inventaires tournants -Participer aux travaux de clôtures mensuels et annuels (calcul des ratios statistiques, déversement) -Analyse des écritures, des imputations analytiques et traitement des anomalies avant clôture pour fiabilisation des données financières et de gestion par activité -Participe aux audits des commissaires aux comptes annuels -Etre en support du responsable contrôle de gestion
Bac+5 en Finance / Contrôle de Gestion avec une expérience comprise entre 3 et 5 ans en milieu industriel Connaissances approfondies du module FICO de SAP exigées (de préférence S4 Hana)
