PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Parfums Christian Dior has an exciting opportunity for a PR Coordinator to join the high functioning PR Team, working across the brand’s makeup and skincare categories to drive all Press and Influencer activations. The main purpose of the role will be to assist the PR Team with the day to day running of the Department.
Position
Main Responsibilities
Support the PR Manager in achieving the department’s key objectives and KPIs (Makeup and Skincare categories)
Support the PR team in the organisation, planning and execution of press and social media campaigns and special projects involving influencers and / or VIP & Experts
Support the PR Team in the organisation of all launches and trips for both press and influencers
Be the key point of contact for journalist and Influencer requests, fulfilling all enquiries quickly and efficiently
Daily review of media (magazines, newsPrêt-à-porterers, digital platforms, social media platforms) for coverage and trends
Researching and analysing new profiles to target (influencers, KOL, experts, celebrities)
Ensure prompt send out of all new launches to the appropriate audience
Oversee and update the contact databases on a regular basis
Manage all press cuttings and influencer coverage in terms of collation, presentation and distribution internally and to the International Team in an appropriate and timely manner
Support in tracking and reporting EMV ranking for Influencer activations
Control product cupboard stock and efficiently order stock for launches and send-outs
Compile competitor analysis
Day-to-day administrative duties including but not limited to raising purchase orders
