One that’s more open, personal, and built for creativity from the ground up. What they’re looking for:

At least 2 years experience with the following languages Rust, Solidity, Go and Javascript.
Familiarity with applied cryptography, including hash functions, encryption schemes, proof schemes, etcetera - and the mathematical training to back it up;
Agility to touch any part of the stack, from frontend to database and distributed systems;
Expertise deploying smart contracts to mainnet;
Must be based in London, UK and happy to go office 5 days per week

Preferred:
Strong sense of ownership and craftsmanship (Full Github/portfolio)
Comfortable with open source code, tools and data.
Familiarity with FOSS.
