We are working a London based trading company that is looking for a Infrastructure Manager to join their team. This is a new position taking over an established team of 8 engineers working in a high performance trading environment. While the role is managerial, this is a small team and there is still a need for strong hands on technical skills for on Prem and Cloud environments.

Requirements
Previous experience managing infrastructure teams
Technical skills in Windows, VM Ware, Networking, Azure
Desire to constantly implement modern technology and influence the status quo
Previous experience in financial services (Desirable)

Whats on Offer
Base salary up to £125K + strong bonus
10% pension, learning and development budget, private healthcare
Hybrid working in Central London Office

This is a 3 stage interview process with the 2nd interview being in office.
