Role Description:
The Management System Document Controller role oversees and ensures accurate control and review and maintenance of all management system documentation for Venterra Group.
The role reports into and supports the HSSEQ Systems Manager who has oversight of the for development, implementation and maintenance of the Group integrated management system in accordance with relevant legislation / regulations, ISO standards and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Management and control of the document structure / storage hub within SharePoint.
Management and control of Group Master Document Register, associated meta data and revision control within
SharePoint.
Detailed quality control and formatting of all management system documentation, ensuring all controlled documents are maintained and controlled in accordance with Venterra and ISO document control standards.
Development and maintenance of controlled document master templates in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications function ensuring all brand guidelines are applied and adhered to.
Support and assistance with the on-going development of management system documentation.
Liaising with functional teams to ensure correct development, processing and control of policies, procedures and associated documentation.
Monitoring revision control and up-keep of controlled documents within defined review cycles.
Providing guidance and training to functional teams on the document control process.
Report to HSSEQ Systems Manager on progress and maintenance of documents within the system, ensuring outdated documentation is highlighted.
Development and circulation of document bulletins / information bulletins, ensuring all company personnel are notified of changes and important information associated with the management system.
To assist with the preparation of statistical data for inclusion within system progress reports and HSEQS performance reports in relation to the document management system.
Supporting the internal audit process to verify standards are being maintained with regards to control of documentation and application of relevant procedures.
To support in the achievement of defined HSSEQ targets and objectives.
To continually promote and support improvements to the management system and overall culture and values of the business.
Key Skills/Experience/Competencies:
Demonstrable experience of document control processes and systems
Business Administration – NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent work experience)
Excellent written and procedural development skills with a high attention to detail
Understanding of ISO 9001 clauses in relation to document management
Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe applications
Good organisation, presentation and reporting skills
Internal auditor qualification (desirable)
Fluent in English (both written and oral)
Enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated.
Able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
Education/Qualifications:
Business Administration – NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent work experience)
Internal auditor qualification (desirable)

Required Skills The Cyber Security Engineer plays a crucial role in protecting IT infrastructure by using a blend of technical expertise and strategic planning to ensure that the digital infrastructure remains secure from various types of attacks and vulnerabilities. You will be responsible for planning and implementing appropriate security controls to ensure that the information within is kept secure. Key Functions/outputs Vulnerability Scanning & Reporting Endpoint Security Incident Management & Tickets System Hardening Change Work Participation in Regular Meetings Documentation Main Objectives Vulnerability Scanning & Reporting Perform regular vulnerability scans and generate reports utilising the below tool sets or similar. The process should be focused on ensuring that the below tool sets are kept up to date and ensure that scans are performed regularly to help assist the Vulnerability and Patch Manager with identifying weaknesses in the system.
