Job Description
We are looking for candidates wanting to pursue a career in human resources to join us on our 2-year graduate development pathway.
Working as part of the Regional Europe HR Operations team, you will be supporting the team to complete their activities in the Europe HQ and partner with our 18 countries across the region. This role's primary focus will be to support the HR Data & Analytics Manager - Europe on regular reporting processes, driving compliance and governance as well as supporting the wider team in maintaining accurate HR information system (Workday) data and running annual reward processes.
The role encompasses projects and activities across core HR Operational functions including all aspects of the employee lifecycle, admin support for annual reward processes, data administration amongst other responsibilities.
The Graduate Pathway
Our European Graduate Development Pathway is a 2-year plan designed to kickstart your career in your chosen field. You will join the Company as part of a cohort of Graduates in different parts of the European Head Office team where you will have the opportunity to develop yourself and your skills, giving you plenty of chances to grow and really make your mark.
This exciting two-year program includes integration, development, and project work. Year one focuses on getting comfortable in the role, with a mentor to guide you, and development opportunities alongside other Graduates within the business. Year two involves a Graduate cohort business project to own and run, as well as the potential opportunity for secondments. This pathway may evolve during the program.

Able to travel to our Head Office in Crawley, UK on a semi-regular basis
