Notre Direction juridique a pour mission de protéger l’entreprise des risques financiers ou de réputation qui seraient imputables à un non respect de la réglementation ou à un non respect de nos engagements contractuels. Nos juristes interviennent tant dans l’exercice du métier d’assureur, que dans la gouvernance d’entreprise des sociétés d’assurance, la relation avec nos fournisseurs et nos distributeurs ou encore la protection de nos marques.
Au sein de la Direction des Affaires Juridiques du Groupe Crédit Agricole Assurances, nous recherchons un(e) Fiscaliste Alternant pour venir renforcer l'équipe et le former à nos pratiques et savoir-faire professionnels concernant les produits d'assurance de personnes.
Concrètement, de quoi s'agit-il sur le terrain ?
Vous accompagnerez et assisterez le Fiscaliste Expert notamment pour :
La veille fiscale et réglementaire sur les produits d'assurance de personnes
L'analyse de texte et à l'accompagnement de sa mise en œuvre
La revue et la rédaction de notes internes
Répondre aux questions fiscales internes
Travailler et échanger avec les équipes juridiques, informatiques, conformité, actuariats, marketing et comptables
Les déclarations fiscales spécifiques à l'assurance vie telles que les déclarations IFU (revenus des capitaux mobiliers), FICOVIE (Fichier des contrats d'assurance vie), EAI (Echanges Automatique d'Informations), et FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act)
Votre tuteur accompagnera votre intégration et votre montée en compétences.
