Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Craft and execute a long-term IT roadmap aligned with business goals. Lead distributed IT teams, cultivating a forward-thinking, innovation-first culture.
Digital Transformation & AI Integration
Drive internal digital transformation using AI and automation. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and roll out intelligent, scalable solutions.
Operational Excellence
Oversee IT infrastructure, ensure high availability and security, and manage budgets and team performance metrics.
Cross-Departmental Alignment
Standardize and integrate IT operations across multiple teams. Collaborate with architecture and technology leads to ensure cohesion and reduce silos.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a strategic partner to internal departments, advocating for IT investments that deliver measurable business value.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Maintain enterprise-grade security standards and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
