Profil
Formation de niveau Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines ou dans un domaine équivalent
Expérience de plus de 5 ans en tant que généraliste RH ou HRBP
Expérience antérieure dans le secteur industriel automobile, appréciée.
Expérience en relations avec les employés, gestion de la performance, accompagnement des managers, gestion des programmes RH et des campagnes salariales.
Maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais.
Excellente maîtrise des outils technologiques RH.
Esprit curieux, orienté vers la résolution de problèmes et capable de proposer des solutions proactives.
Forte autonomie, sens du détail, réactivité, sens des responsabilités, rigueur et résilience.
Capacité à établir des relations de confiance avec des collègues de divers horizons.
