This is a fixed term position for 3 months

Iron Mountain Media and Archival Services (MAS) are looking for an experienced warehouse operative looking to take a step up in level to support their team in Feltham, West London and other sites at Cowley, West Drayton and Park Royal.

Iron Mountain's Media & Archive Services provides secure and compliant storage solutions for physical and digital assets, including film, video, audio, and vital business records. We specialise in preserving and managing valuable information & assets, ensuring its accessibility and integrity throughout its lifecycle. We work closely with leading organisations across the film, television, music, and broadcasting industries

Your role in our mission:

Accurate receipt, cataloguing, and storage of diverse media formats, including film reels, master tapes, digital files, and historical documents.
Efficient retrieval and preparation of client materials for delivery, digitisation, or restoration projects.
Maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the integrity of stored assets, often of significant cultural or commercial value.
Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets.
Accounts for all assets in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage, moves and shipment of assets, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

Valued skills and experience:

A passion for media preservation and an understanding of the specific needs of the entertainment and cultural heritage sectors is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Computer literacy, including experience with warehouse management systems or similar inventory software.
Ability to follow strict procedures and adhere to security protocols.
Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
A highly motivated individual who shows enthusiasm and energy, using positive language with customers and colleagues
