What you will do

We are looking for a results-driven, motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team as a contractor or 3-month FTC. The primary focus will be on hiring technical talent for our new India team.

You will:


Conduct a high volume of candidate screening calls each day

Review applications

Share market insights with the team to refine our approach


What you need to be successful


Proven experience recruiting for Software Engineering roles, and ideally other technical roles e.g. ML Ops, Product Design

Experience hiring for India market would be a big plus

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills
