The challenge
We’re a VC funded startup in the AGI space, having raised $30m pre seed funding with a team of 10, and some truly heavyweight supporters. We’re creating a platform for multi agent systems to work seamlessly with each other. We’re taking the latest research in Agentic AI and distributed systems to create the infrastructure for agents to be autonomous and accountable.
You’d be working remotely, but we’d love for you to join the team in San Fran (we can arrange visa for you)
About you
You’ll be an expert in AI, having worked for at least 5 years in the sector, with experience in an early stage AI startup and have a genuine passion for AI technologies. You’ll have experienced several use cases (fails and successes), upto date with latest research in AI and an entrepreneurial mindset.
What we are looking for is someone with:
A background in Research (PhD desirable)
At least 3 years’ commercial experience of hands on developing PoCs, training and deploying AI models
Experience with launching and scaling AI products
Have at least 2 years’ experience in an early stage startup
Experience fine tuning some of the more recent LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral etc)
Uptodate with current research in AI
