We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fuu Stack Development Intern to join our Business Development team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a budding developer to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to real-world projects.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Development Intern, you will work closely with our lead developer to assist in the design and implementation of APIs and user interfaces using Python, Tailwind CSS, React.js and Next.js.

You will be involved in various stages of the development lifecycle, from conceptualization and wireframing to coding, testing and deploying. This role will provide you with practical experience in building modern web applications and enhance your understanding of full stack development in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development: Assist in the development of user interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS, ensuring responsive and visually appealing designs.
Backend Development: Good understanding of backend concepts/tools, namely RESTFul APIs, Cloud, Databases, using Python as the main programming language.
Component Creation: Develop reusable React components and manage component state effectively.
Integration: Work on integrating frontend components with backend services using RESTful APIs.
Code Review: Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with the lead developer and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Documentation: Document code, processes, and contribute to the project’s knowledge base.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
Strong understanding of Python
Experience with React.js and familiarity with its core concepts like hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, etc.).
Knowledge of Flask is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent in English and French is mandatory.
