We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client who is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to take ownership of the current ServiceNow platform, managing upgrades, maintaining plugins, and overseeing workflow processes.

You will work within a dynamic & collaborative environment who will support you & provide the best in class training to help you upskill in all aspects of configuration & development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement solutions for stakeholders
Perform business analysis and process optimization
Diagnose issues and design effective solutions, recommending system enhancements
Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with organizational needs
Automate processes by creating and managing workflows, business rules, and scripts
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls
Resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform
Work with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools
Ensure optimal performance and scalability of the ServiceNow instance
What you will need to be successful:

ServiceNow Administration experience
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes
Experience with Problem, Change & incident management
Knowledge of Supplier & Contract Management
Knowledge of ITIL & ISO IT processes & ITIL Certified is highly desirable
ServiceNow CSA Certified Minimum
