Staff Machine Learning Engineer – UK Remote
Up to £850/day (Inside IR35)

We’re building a brand new team. No legacy code. No red tape. Just real problems and a blank slate. You’ll join an internal AI accelerator, helping teams across the company use AI to move faster and work smarter. Full ownership. End to end. From idea to production.

What you’ll do:
Build and scale ML-powered products (this won’t sit on a shelf)
Navigate uncertainty and help shape how the team works
Stay hands-on while mentoring others
Work with skilled engineers, scientists, and domain experts
Find real-world use cases for GenAI and advanced ML

What you bring:
Strong background in ML and software engineering
A builder’s mindset (move fast, test ideas, improve)
Bonus: open-source contributions or Kaggle experience
