What You’ll Do
Create High-Quality Documentation: Develop and maintain user manuals, API guides, FAQs, and other technical materials that enhance product usability.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, designers and go-to-market team to gather information and translate technical details into clear, concise content.
Champion Developer Experience: Interface with our developer community, gather feedback on documentation and workflows, and advocate for improvements that streamline onboarding and daily use.
Drive Community Engagement: Build and foster a vibrant StackGuardian developer community through tutorials, guides, webinars, forums, and open discussions.
Support Product Development: Ensure documentation aligns with product updates and reflects the latest features and functionalities.
Streamline Knowledge Sharing: Establish templates, style guides, and workflows for consistent documentation across all platforms.
Enhance User Experience: Conduct usability testing of content to ensure it meets the needs of technical and non-technical users.
Optimize Processes: Introduce tools and frameworks that improve the efficiency of documentation creation and updates.
Leverage AI Capabilities: Utilize the latest AI tools and technologies to automate content generation, improve content quality, and enhance the overall documentation experience. This includes exploring AI-driven content analysis, automated content suggestions, and AI-assisted writing tools to streamline documentation workflows.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
4+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
Proven ability to create user-centric content that simplifies complex concepts.
Proficiency in Markdown, Notion, or similar tools, with experience managing content repositories.
Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Good understanding of APIs, SDKs, and modern software development practices.
Preferred:
Experience in UX writing or creating content for software interfaces.
Basic programming knowledge (Python, Go) or exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with AI writing tools or automation frameworks.
Background in developer advocacy, technical community management, or public-facing technical writing.
