In this role, you will work with a set of clients, acting as either the IT Manager or alongside their IT Manager, building trusted-adviser relationships and providing input, guidance, and direction to help them make the right long-term decisions about their IT infrastructure.
Person Specification
You will ideally have at least three years of experience providing IT support for clients/customers.
You will have desirable experience in delivering projects with the Microsoft 365 Platform and preferably Microsoft Azure.
You will have experience with the administration and installation of server hardware, operating systems, and hypervisors.
You will also have knowledge of Firewalls, Anti-Virus, and strong experience in IT Networking, including:
Securing a wireless network
Configuring a switch stack
Network segmentation projects
Office network setup
Cloud-based Network & Hybrid integration
Desirable knowledge of networking and Disaster Recovery solutions.
