We’re looking for a seasoned NetSuite Integration Developer to support a high-impact NetSuite implementation project. This role focuses heavily on system integration design and development, with additional responsibilities in data migration and NetSuite customization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across the enterprise application landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Strategy and Governance:
Develop and own the overall data migration strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimizing disruption.
Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to maintain data quality and integrity throughout the Netsuite implementation and beyond.
Lead data profiling and analysis activities to understand data quality issues and define remediation plans.
Oversee the design and implementation of data validation and reconciliation processes.
Integration Architecture and Design:
Define the integration architecture for connecting Netsuite with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM).
Lead the design and development of complex system integrations, considering factors such as data volume, frequency, and security.
Evaluate and select appropriate integration technologies and tools (e.g., middleware, APIs, ETL processes).
Provide technical guidance and support to the integration development team.
Netsuite Configuration and Customization:
Provide expert-level guidance on Netsuite configuration, customization, and scripting (SuiteScript) to meet specific business requirements.
Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation within Netsuite.
Oversee the development of custom workflows, forms, and reports in Netsuite.
Ensure that Netsuite configurations adhere to best practices and are scalable and maintainable.
Agile Delivery and Project Leadership:
Lead business analysis activities within an agile project environment, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder demos.
Work with the Project Manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Identify and manage project risks and issues related to data, integrations, and Netsuite configuration.
Mentor and coach junior business analysts, providing guidance and support.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate complex business requirements.
Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
Influence decision-making and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Business Analyst/Implementation Manager/Integration Developer, with a proven track record of successfully delivering Netsuite implementation projects.
Deep expertise in data migration, integration architecture, and Netsuite configuration.
Strong understanding of Netsuite modules, data model, and customization capabilities (including SuiteScript).
Experience with a variety of integration technologies and tools (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP, middleware platforms).
Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, lead teams, and drive results in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise systems.
Contract Duration: [3-6 months]
Hybrid: once a week in the office, 4 days wfh
Site: either Nottingham or Leicester
