Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a leading Law firm who are looking for a Microsoft/VMWare focused Infrastructure Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
Hybrid role
The role:
Work closely with Delivery Managers to develop and maintain the operational Infrastructure across the business
Support Project Managers giving guidance and support on Project Lifecycle and BAU Support
Act as escalation point for complex issues
Create and maintain systems design and configuration documentation, including creating and maintaining test plans and recovery methods of all systems.
Your experience:
A strong understanding of VMware management and maintenance.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Azure including Entra and application configuration.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Server technologies and associated services, including Server 2016, 2019 and 2022.
A good level of networking knowledge, from a troubleshooting and routing perspective. Basic switch configuration knowledge would be desirable.
An understanding of Disaster Recovery and High Availability technologies, to achieve strong recovery point/recovery time objectives.
Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Sites/Services, and native replication technologies.
Windows file services including DFSR.
Appropriate certifications.
