Chez Les Jardins d'Arcadie, l'Agent Technique est un véritable couteau suisse et contribue à préserver la qualité de nos lieux de vie.

CDD de 3 mois / renouvelable de 15h semaine / de 14h-17h

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Réaliser de petits travaux de second oeuvre ;
Effectuer le nettoyage des parties communes et la gestion des déchets ;
Organiser des travaux d'entretien ou de réparation ;
Réaliser des devis pour les travaux à réaliser ;
Organiser l'approvisionnement de la résidence en consommables ;
Collecter et distribuer les kits de linge dans les appartements gérés ;
Remplacer les consommables manquants ;
Contrôler les logements vacants ;
Veiller au respect du règlement intérieur.

Travail du lundi au vendredi

Profil :

Vous justifiez d'une première expérience professionnelle réussie dans la maintenance des bâtiments ?
Vous avez le sens du service et de l'écoute ?
