We’re looking for an Elixir Developer to help us design, build, and scale the backend powering our AI-driven automation systems. If you love functional programming, distributed systems, and AI-driven automation, this is your opportunity to work on one of the most exciting challenges in tech today.

What You’ll Do
Develop and optimize high-performance backend services using Elixir & OTP
Design scalable architectures for AI-powered agents handling complex workflows
Work with event-driven and distributed systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, GRPC)
Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
Integrate AI models & LLMs into production-ready systems
Ensure security, scalability, and reliability across our platform
Collaborate with AI researchers & frontend teams to deliver seamless experiences

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience building Elixir applications in production
Strong understanding of OTP, Phoenix, LiveView, and distributed systems
Experience working with event-driven architectures and real-time systems
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, GraphQL, or gRPC
Passion for AI, automation, and cutting-edge backend technologies
Bonus: Experience integrating LLMs or working with AI-driven systems
