As part of our continued growth the Head of Lead Generation is a new, senior role in our European Commercial team. Based in Guiseley, Leeds the Commercial headquarters houses our sales, marketing and customer service teams for our B2C business.

Employed by Handicare Accessibility Limited, the Head of Lead Generation will work with commercial teams across our brands (Handicare, Companion, Garaventa Lift, Rigert, Savaria) to ensure our lead generation activity feeds into the continued growth of our businesses.

The Head of Lead Generation will be ultimately responsible for generating high calibre leads that convert into good quality sales, where there is a good match between our products and services and the needs of the customer. They will lead and further develop a small team to understand our markets, select the most appropriate channels and execute well designed lead generation campaigns, using data to continuously improve decisions and activity.

Main Responsibilities:
Use knowledge of various direct marketing techniques to design campaigns that generate consistent volume of high-quality leads
Ensure lead generation activity is relevant to different audiences across Europe, with a good understanding of different techniques and tools to generate great results
Collaborate with and educate other teams to ensure activity across the business is supporting strong conversion metrics
Use analytical skills and team resource, to provide performance data that supports good decision making in continuously improving and growing the business
Manage external agencies and partners to deliver consistency in quality and quantity of leads
Regularly review the impact and results of campaigns to ensure best return on investment
Manage lead generation budget, ensuring key metrics are tracked and that overall the investment is generating growth

Essential skills and experience:
Strong experience of B2C direct response marketing, with a focus on quality leads
Excellent understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of different channels and the ability to select the right ones for the target audience
Technical proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools to execute effective campaigns
Practiced knowledge of direct response marketing techniques including email marketing, social media ads, direct mail, online advertising, website design (etc.)
Understanding of channels that produce high quality leads, where KPIs focus on conversion results rather than volume only
Strong analytical skills to understand data and use it to make good decisions and create effective plans, including learning fast and changing course where needed
Good project management skills to enable multiple campaigns to be run simultaneously
