We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join the team. As a Digital Designer, you’re at the core of the creative process, crafting ideas and digital design solutions and able to see projects through from initial concept to final artwork.

You’ll work under the guidance of Creative Directors, Art Directors, Digital Marketeers, and Brand Managers to push the work forward at every step. These projects include CRM redesigns, editorial content, paid marketing, campaigns and social media.

What You Will Be Doing

Creative (75% Time)
Creative Development: Develop promotional campaigns, brand toolkits, email designs, editorial content, paid marketing, organic social media and website updates.
Responsive Design: Use industry best practices in responsive product design and social formats. Maintain our Product design system, working collaboratively with other designers.
Social Media Campaigns: Plan, organize, and art-direct product and lifestyle shoots. Support Art Directors in the creation of guidelines to ensure our editorial and content assets are social-first and contribute to a distinctive brand signature.
Amazon and Retail Platforms: Partner with Designers to develop and maintain digital content for the Joseph Joseph brand store on Amazon and other retail customer platforms.
Campaign Support: Support Art Directors with concepting or shoot assistance where required.
Digital Housekeeping (25% Time)
Website Management: Create, upload, and maintain digital content for products on josephjoseph.com, emails and our digital asset platform.
Communication Hub Management: Add your projects to our communication system to support cross-functional collaboration. Mentor and guide designers to maintain and share their projects on the same system.

What We Need From You

Must Have:
Good referencing skills that communicate your design vision.
Advanced skills in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Advanced skills in Figma and Design System Management.
Proficiency in Animation and After Effects.
You’re highly organised, managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and delivering work on budget.
At least 4 years of design experience in an agency or in-house in a similar role, OR a portfolio of work that demonstrates your experience with the core responsibilities of the role. Please note. We do not accept applications without portfolios attached.
Desirable:
Experience with video editing software.
Previous experience with aspirational lifestyle products or home interiors industry.
