Le village de vacances Azureva La Clusaz recrute son (sa) Chef d'équipe animation pour la saison été 2025.
En tant que chef équipe animation, vous savez :
Développer un relationnel positif avec la clientèle tout au long de leur séjour
Organiser et programmer les activités découvertes de la région
Participer aux activités sportives, de spectacle et de divertissement
Recruter et manager une équipe allant jusqu'à 4 animateurs en pleine saison
Créer en autonomie des spectacles de A à Z (musique, chorégraphie, sketch, son, lumières)
Piloter un programme d'animation adulte et enfant de sa conception à sa réalisation
Profil
Vous possédez une expérience réussie d'au moins 2 saisons au minimum en tant que chef équipe animation en village vacances, et votre profil est plutôt orienté animation sportive et artistique.
Vous maîtrisez tous les outils Office (Excel, Word et PowerPoint) et internet. Un diplôme d'animation niveau IV est le bienvenu (CALAS, BPJEPS, TATA).
