The Role
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, understanding challenges, gathering requirements, and shaping solutions within an elite, fast-paced team managing 60+ exciting projects.
Design and build scalable, production-grade backend systems, alongside dynamic frontend applications, contributing directly to high-impact outcomes.
Take full ownership of your team's products, proactively driving continuous improvements and ensuring long-term success.

Required Qualifications
BSc in Computer Science, Maths or Physics
5+ years with.NET / C#
End-to-end project experience from proof-of-concept to deliery
Client-focused product development
Experience with relational databases and document stores
Ability to work autonomously

Desired Qualifications
Experience with highly available distributed systems
Experience handling large datasets
