Our client has rolled out thousands of IoT devices but now needs to unlock the real value—translating the data into smarter services, stronger systems, and better decisions.
They are looking for a hands on Project Manager / Business Analyst hybrid who can take ownership of this high priority project, ask the right questions, and drive practical delivery across the organisation.
This is less about heavy project frameworks and more about getting stuff done.
What you’ll be doing:
Take ownership of a live, high priority project and bring clarity where it’s been missing
Define how data should be used, reported, and actioned ( Power BI a bonus!)
Shape high-level processes across support, service transition, and internal handoffs
Collaborate with data, digital, contact centre, and asset management teams
Deliver fast wins while building for longer-term improvement
Be the connector who thrives on untangling the messy middle
What we’re looking for:
A hybrid skill set of project management and business/process analysis
Comfortable working in ambiguity and switching hats as needed
Experience with data heavy, IoT, or asset based projects
Maybe even a background in Product Owner/Manager roles
A natural communicator who brings stakeholders along for the journey
Power BI is highly desirable
Why this matters: This is your chance to take a project from good intentions to great delivery. The data is flowing—now we need someone who can help shape how it’s used, supported, and scaled.
Sound like your kind of challenge? Let’s chat.
