Elevate Supply is working with secondary schools in Leicester to appoint a Teaching Assistant. This is a great opportunity to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, particularly those with additional needs, and to help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Position Details
Job Title: Secondary Teaching Assistant

Daily Rate: £90 - 100
The Role:
Supporting students with special educational needs, both in and out of the classroom
Providing one-to-one and small group support where needed
Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom routines
Helping maintain a well-organised and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working in a secondary school setting is desirable
A proactive, flexible, and patient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A good understanding of SEN and a genuine interest in supporting young people
