Job Specifications

The SN Solution Architect is a key role, supporting a core team of experienced SN Business Analysts and process experts whose mandate is to design an end to end, order to delivery, flow in ServiceNow. They will join our SN COE deploying other SN products such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM and HAM.

As the technical expert of the core team the architect will be asked to design and implement Proofs of Concept and answer product related questions that have to do with the implementation activities.

We expect all our architects to be hands-on, not just to give advice.

Their Day-to-day Activities Include

Participating in design workshops and supporting BAs and developers.
Transforming proposals into concrete implementations to showcase product capabilities and limitations
Delivering and partially implementing process and feature designs focusing on minimizing the level of customizations
Advocating and leveraging best practices in architecture, design and development to the rest of the team.
Designing ServiceNow OM and SPM implementations including several of the following:
OM Simple order capture and orchestration
OM Complex order capture and implementation – link with SPM
SPM Demand, Project and Resource Management
SPM SPW implementation
CSM Portal implementations
Integrations with 3rd party tools
Skills

Technical & Functional Experience:

8+ years Hands-on ServiceNow with 3+ years on OM, SPM is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Order Management, SPM, Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences (with practical experiences)
Portal management and customization
Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB…).
Experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
Excellent product roadmap awareness
Experience with Application and Data model designs
Good knowledge of CSDM

Professional Skills (Methods & Processes)

Knowledge of Ordering and SPM processes
Knowledge of Sales processes
Strong problem-solving skills
Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
