We`re seeking passionate Flutter Developers with a solid technical foundation and a drive for creating exceptional mobile experiences. In this role you`ll work on a well-architected, business-critical app, built using modern Flutter practices. You`ll collaborate with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver features that meet the evolving needs of our users. What You`ll Be Doing

Developing and maintaining our mobile app, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
Collaborating with designers and product owners to create market-leading solutions tailored to students`needs.
Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code using modern Flutter practices.
Reviewing pull requests, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical discussions.
Continuously refining processes, estimations, and technical documentation.
Debugging and optimising app performance to deliver a seamless user experience.
Presenting progress and results to stakeholders.

What We`re Looking for in You

Demonstrable experience of commercial Flutter development experience is required, with opportunities available for developers at junior, mid, and senior levels
Proficiency in Dart and a solid understanding of mobile development best practices.
Prior experience in mobile development with other frameworks (e.g., iOS/Android native) is a significant advantage.
Experience with state management solutions such as Riverpod, BLoC, or Provider.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON for backend integration.
Familiarity with Git and an understanding of version control workflows within a CI/CD pipeline.
Experience with automated testing and a commitment to writing high-quality, testable code.
Strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
