Hobson Prior is seeking a Scientist for Injectable Drug Process Development on a 12-month contract. This role involves working on creating and improving processes for making injectable drugs, from early studies to approval. You will be based in Slough, UK, with a future move to Windlesham, Surrey.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine processes for making injectable drugs.
Work with various teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct lab studies, analyze data, and document findings.
Assess risks and design processes for sterile injectable products.
Support the preparation and manufacturing of clinical trial materials.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in transferring knowledge from development to commercial production.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Experience in developing or manufacturing liquid drug products.
Familiarity with the biopharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
Understanding of sterile drug product development and manufacturing.
Knowledge of process transfer, scale-up, and optimization is advantageous.
