PE Global is currently recruiting for a Technical Product Owner for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Basingstoke.
The role is a 12 month assignment, based in Basingstoke, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
The pay rate is between £20.78 and £27.78 per hour.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities
Identify opportunities where technology can be introduced or enhanced to drive better outcomes.
Represent existing and potential IDS Capabilities, influencing local business strategy and challenge where appropriate.
Align products that balance affiliate and corporate goals.
Lead products by gathering, refining, prioritising requirements and coordinating delivery.
Collaborate with internal software development teams or 3rd party vendors to develop digital products.
Appropriately advocate change in the organisation through new ways of working be it, adoption of new technology process improvements to meet evolving business needs.
Lead, influence and drive OCM, ensuring new programs and solutions ‘arrive’ ready to deliver value.
Education/Experience
Experience of product development with technology and capabilities to support a multichannel, commercial organisation such as Email, Websites, Data & Analytics and ePeer-to-Peer.
Strong technical background or understanding to identify the right technology for a required solution.
Experience with an Agile approach to product delivery and it’s supporting technologies.
Strategic account management skills: research, listening, effective communication and presentation.
Ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical language
Ability to deliver IT projects working with a cross functional team.
Ability to influence without authority, to partner cross-functionally.
