VoIP / Telephony Engineer

ASAP start!

Wigan | 6 Month Contract | Outside IR35

Engineer needed to support a large-scale 8x8 VOIP deployment project

What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the preparation and deployment of an 8x8 VOIP solution to 1,200 users
Assist with removing existing Mitel capabilities (non-hardware)
Provide Early Life Support following deployment
Work closely with end users in a highly client-facing environment

What You’ll Need:
Strong understanding of 8x8 VOIP systems
Experience resolving 8x8-related issues
Familiarity with Mitel telephony solutions and issue triage
Proven background in similar VOIP deployment projects
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
A flexible, proactive, and can-do attitude
