What you’ll do
Design software to support intuitive, delightful, and high-impact experiences for pet owners and veterinary professionals.
Bring our phenomenal designs to life using React and TypeScript (and React Native)
Use Shape Up methodology to help us smash our bets
Collaborate on AI-powered product experiences, integrating cutting-edge tech into our platform.
What we’re looking for
AI is at your fingertips - you are an AI native engineer. You have a favoured LLM for each of your tasks and you know how AI has made you more productive
A strong product thinker – you go beyond code and care about product strategy, user problems, and outcomes.
Experience working with React (React Native a bonus), AWS, and Typescript (NestJS also a huge bonus)
Significant experience building digital products (SaaS, B2B and AI-powered products are a plus).
Figma expertise – you know your way around components, auto-layout, and design systems.
Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment (bonus if you’ve used Shape Up).
Comfort with system design– you can design systems and convince your team mates that this is the right way to build
Good collaboration skills– you can work effectively with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders.

You aren’t expected to be fully experienced in these, but will be expected to quickly learn these.
