Summary:
To lead the testing strategy, planning, and execution for the implementation of five SAP SuccessFactors modules, adding to the existing live Employee Central core system. Included in scope is an integration with Active Directory. Responsible for managing test cycles, coordinating with stakeholders and mitigating risks throughout the testing process.
Key Deliverables:
Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for the SAP SuccessFactors modules implementation and Active Directory integration.
Lead end-to-end test planning, including functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
Define test scope, objectives, and key deliverables to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Manage test environments, test data, and ensure successful test execution.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and implementation partners to ensure thorough test coverage.
Coordinate test case design, execution, and defect management.
Track and report test progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with best practices, test standards and security requirements.
Provide training and guidance to test teams and business users on test processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience of SAP SuccessFactors testing across multiple modules.
Current SAP Test Certification in a SuccessFactors module
Proven experience in test management, planning, and execution for large-scale HR system implementations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to present test execution in a way that engages the test team + allows effective tracking to completion.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
· ISTQB Certification in Software Testing.
· Experience of test management for an SAP SuccessFactors – Active Directory integration.
· Prior experience in global HR transformation projects.

Functional and non-functional manual testing experience across software, hardware, and infrastructure implementations.
