Fujitsu's AI Incubator Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Business Sales Consultant to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities within the rapidly expanding AI market, specifically focusing on on-premise enterprise AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications across various industries, with a particular emphasis on clients prioritizing data sovereignty. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for clients concerned about data security and control.
The key aspect of this role involves identifying and collaborating with strategic AI solution partners to deliver comprehensive and customized solutions. These solution partners integrate Fujitsu’s solution into their offering and have customer contacts. This is not about partners just adding a missing piece of software.

Driver and Leadership Identify and qualify potential partners (clients) with high growth potential in alignment with Fujitsu's AI strategy, focusing on industries where data sovereignty is paramount (e.g., finance, healthcare, government, manufacturing).
Partner Focused Long term Planning Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue goals, emphasizing the benefits of on-premise AI solutions.
One step ahead of the pack Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the on-premise enterprise AI space, paying close attention to client concerns regarding data security and regulatory compliance.
Consistent Collaboration Build and maintain strong relationships with these partners (key clients and stakeholders), addressing their data sovereignty concerns proactively.
Communication Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing Fujitsu's on-premise AI capabilities and solutions, highlighting their security features and compliance with relevant regulations.
Creation and Collaboration’ Collaborate with internal teams (technical experts, product managers, etc.) and identify and onboard appropriate AI solution partners to develop customized on-premise AI solutions that meet client needs and address their data sovereignty requirements. This includes evaluating partner capabilities, negotiating partnerships, and managing partner relationships.
Optimization Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms while emphasizing the value proposition of data control (always with a local sales representative).
Ownership and drive: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including partner collaboration and integration.
Self driven and On top of right actions Track sales activities and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Thought Leadership Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI technologies, industry trends, and the competitive landscape within the on-premise enterprise AI market, with a focus on data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Team Play Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Fujitsu AI Incubator Team.
What qualifications should you have?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, and their application in relevant industries prioritizing data sovereignty.
Several years of experience in sales, preferably within the AI or technology industry, with a focus on enterprise solutions. Experience selling on-premise solutions and managing technology partnerships is highly desirable.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in complex sales cycles.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise business language, addressing concerns around data security and compliance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and partners.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, particularly in complex, high-value sales situations involving multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with enterprise-level clients in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government) is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices relevant to on-premise AI deployments.
Proven experience in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding strategic technology partners.
Bonus Points
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience with specific AI platforms or technologies relevant to Fujitsu's on-premise offerings.
Existing network of contacts within the AI industry, particularly in sectors emphasizing data sovereignty and among potential technology partners.
Certifications in relevant areas like data security, cloud computing, or partner management.
